You’ll gasp when you see how we’ve upgraded and decked out this sewer-soaked skateboard with the latest in Turtle-tech tricks: get ’em where it counts with the heavy duty, spring-loaded kowabunga kickin’ Foot – this time it’s personal! Scare the scum with the Turtle bead batterin’ ram as Cheapskate fishtails into Foot territory. Then access the pizza-packin’ piston engine and kick the turbo Turtle propeller into high gear. The mutant mag wheels keep you on track. And the nifty T.P. sewer sidewipers keep the mud from splashin’ up. So kickstart the cool ‘n crazy Cheapskate – and be the defest dude around!

This Cheapskate II was a retooled version of the original 1988 toy with a few cosmetic changes. The toy now included a giant Michelangelo head, a sai-shaped control throttle, pink wheels, and an updated yellow flag to name a few.

This toy is definitely dinged and dented BUT it does actually remains Factory Sealed AND it is signed by TMNT co-creator Kevin Eastman
